Before any subscription starts, we check fit, access and platform limits. The review costs one week of the plan you choose.

Is there a free trial?

No. New builds start when you pay at checkout, and existing apps start with a paid one-week assessment. There’s no free trial and no free assessment.

I already have an app. How do I start?

Choose a plan and complete the fit check, then pay for a one-week assessment: $25 for Monitor, $125 for Maintain or $500 for Build, excluding tax.

If we accept, the full amount is credited to your first billing period. If we decline, no subscription starts and nothing further is charged.

What does “one supported application” mean?

Each subscription covers one website or app. Support for more than one is planned for later; if you have several, get in touch.

Are hosting and third-party services included?

No. Hosting and third-party services are billed separately, and they’re explained before launch.

Where do I follow the work?

In your Dugout workspace. Requests, plans, updates and app health all live there. Your RocketJump account shows your plan, renewal date and billing history, with a link to the workspace.

How does cancelling work?

Cancel from your account at any time, with no phone call needed. Service continues to the end of the paid period. Payments already made aren’t refunded, except where the law requires.

Why is Build billed weekly?

At launch, Build is sold weekly only, at $500 a week. A monthly option may be added later.

Can I change plans or add teammates?

Not from your account yet. Each account has one owner at launch, and self-serve plan changes come later. To ask about a change, email support@rocketjump.io.

Is tax included in the price?

No. Prices are in USD and exclude tax. Where tax applies, Stripe adds it at checkout.
